First, she lives in long-term recovery, meaning she hasn’t had a drink or drug for 11 years!
Second, she is a Visionary Coach, which means she can help you see a future that your limiting beliefs may be blocking you from seeing. She will help you create a life so good for yourself that you won’t want to go back to your old way of living.
Tamar was born in 1976 in the Netherlands. Her parents immigrated to Canada when she was one and soon after her younger brother was born. Tamar was raised by her two wonderful parents who always pushed her to be all she could be. Her Dad has become her hero because he modelled a way of living that showed no matter how hard life gets always follow what your passionate about. They recently completed their first documentary together called, “Beyond Recovery”
In 2022, Tamar finally came to terms with her sexuality (something she’s been hiding for for over 3 decades) and as a result met her soul mate and the love of her life Melodie. She is now the proud co-parent of three beautiful neurodivergent girls and three fur babies!
Today Tamar gets to do what she loves everyday which includes Website Development, Hosting and Podcast Production as well as helping women create a life without compromise with her co-host and online bestie Lane Kennedy.
Making the decision to get sober back in 2012 allowed her to create a life that she has always dreamed of. This is why she is so passionate about helping others not just get sober but learn to love life without alcohol.
